The plaintiff, a Florida woman, filed a lawsuit against the 55-year-old rapper, alleging that Diddy impregnated her after drugging and sexually abusing her. She said that until recently, Diddy continued to harass and threaten her.

According to the lawsuit filed in New York Supreme Court on September 27, the woman claims that she has been repeatedly sexually abused by the music mogul, causing direct damages since the fall of 2020. The lawsuit has attracted a lot of public and media attention, highlighting serious issues related to sexual abuse in the entertainment industry.
The woman said that she met Diddy abroad in 2020 and that the meetings became more frequent. The rapper always provided someone to pick her up and paid for the trips. In April 2022, Diddy raped her at his home in Los Angeles. Another time, when she went to see Diddy in Miami, she woke up to find bruises and bite marks on her body and did not understand why she was injured. In July 2022, the rapper forced her to go to his Los Angeles home and force her to drink an unknown concoction that she later learned contained ketamine.
She soon discovered she was pregnant, but Diddy forced her to have an abortion. At this time, Diddy sent multiple associates to harass her, forcing her to get an abortion. The rapper’s girlfriend, Yung Miami, also threatened and harassed the victim. Later, the victim suffered a miscarriage. She continued to accuse Diddy of wrongdoing: “Diddy constantly called and texted me until July 2024, making me worry for my safety. He monitored my location and supervised conversations to ensure I kept the abuse a secret.” The woman later suffered a miscarriage and did not contact the rapper for months. In late 2022, Diddy took her on another trip, and on each trip, the rapper forced her to perform sex acts for him and then gave her alcohol and drugs until she passed out.

American media have reached out to both parties for answers, but currently, Diddy is in custody while Yung Miami remains silent.

After each party, the plaintiff said she would wake up with bruises all over her body, a sign of the abuse that lasted from 2020 to July 2024. Diddy‘s lawyer has not yet commented on the allegations when contacted by PEOPLE.

Previously, on September 25, another woman, Thalia Graves, also filed a lawsuit against Diddy, accusing the rapper and his bodyguard of drugging, raping her, and filming the acts. The new lawsuit comes as Diddy is still in custody and facing many other serious legal issues. On September 16, the 55-year-old rapper was arrested on charges of sex trafficking, extortion, and engaging in prostitution. Although Diddy has denied all wrongdoing, authorities have refused to allow him to post bail.In the 14-page indictment against Diddy, the rapper is said to have regularly recorded wild parties that he described as elaborate sex shows that he organized and directed.
