Courtney Burgess, a key witness in a growing series of legal proceedings against rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, has made shocking claims in a recent court appearance. On October 31, Burgess asserted that he possesses several sex tapes featuring Diddy and eight celebrities, including at least two minors.
Speaking on NewsNation’s Banfield show, Burgess revealed that the tapes include footage of Diddy with six men and two women, with the alleged victims appearing to be in a state of distress or confusion. According to Burgess, two or three of the individuals in the tapes appear to be under the age of 18. He further stated that he believes the people in the videos were victims, suggesting they appeared to be in a state of “insanity.”

Alleged Tapes and Kim Porter’s Diary
Burgess also made explosive claims regarding the late Kim Porter, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, with whom he shares three children. Burgess asserted that he had an unedited version of Porter’s personal diary, which he described as containing shocking details of Diddy’s lifestyle. According to Burgess, he was an associate of Kim Porter and was given 11 USB drives containing her diaries and sex tapes before her death in 2018.
In September, a book titled Kim’s Lost Words was published, based on these alleged diaries. The memoir, which claims to reveal intimate and controversial details of Diddy’s life, suggests that Kim Porter once discovered sex tapes of Diddy locked away in a vault. The tapes allegedly feature disturbing scenes from parties, including those involving young men and celebrities Diddy had worked with.
The publisher of Kim’s Lost Words, Chris Todd, withdrew the book after questions arose about the authenticity of the diaries, raised by Porter and Diddy’s children. The memoir reportedly claims that some of the tapes involved young men, including hip-hop stars and pop stars, some of whom were reportedly minors at the time.
Testimony and Legal Consequences
Appearing in federal court in Manhattan, Burgess confirmed that he had been contacted by agents from the Department of Homeland Security, who requested his testimony. He claimed to have witnessed disturbing material, including sex tapes, and provided testimony before a grand jury. His attorney, Ariel Mitchell, confirmed that Burgess had been subpoenaed and was cooperating with authorities, turning over evidence linked to his claims.
Courtney Burgess’s testimony is part of a larger investigation into Diddy, who was arrested by federal authorities on September 16, 2024. Diddy, 54, is facing serious charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and solicitation of prostitution. These charges are connected to allegations that Diddy orchestrated illicit parties and sexually exploited victims, including minors.
Diddy is currently in custody, awaiting trial, which is scheduled for May 2025. In addition to the federal charges, the rapper faces multiple civil lawsuits for sexual abuse, including accusations from several minors. These legal battles could have significant consequences for Diddy, both legally and personally, as more individuals continue to come forward with similar claims.
