A very serious new detail has been brought up in the lawsuit against Combs. The victim provided images of plastic bottles that were said to contain GHB, a date rape anesthetic. This suggests that the sexual assault allegations against Combs may be more serious than has been known. In a lawsuit filed in New York federal court, the victim alleges that she was raped by Diddy and two other celebrities at an after-party for the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. According to the lawsuit, Diddy aggressively approached the victim, dragged her away, and sexually assaulted her. Meanwhile, the other two celebrities were present at the scene and witnessed the incident.
According to another lawsuit, after being invited by Diddy to a star-studded party, the businessman was subjected to bad behavior when Combs invited him to his private office, “where it was just the two of them“. While he assumed they would talk about work, he instead claims Combs was “drunk and acting strangely“, before “taking off his pants and exposing his genitals”. The lawsuit alleges that: ‘Combs continued to move closer and grabbed (the businessman’s) genitals through his pants, squeezing them in a violent and obscene manner’.
The Ongoing Legal Battle
The lawsuit was filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents 120 individuals in civil lawsuits against Diddy for sex crimes spanning more than three decades. Sean “Diddy” Combs and his legal team have vigorously denied all of the allegations.
