Since she began, Madonna‘s intense training regimen has impressed fans. At 30, she exercised 2 hours daily, 7 days a week. Now, Madonna spends up to 5 hours a day in the gym, performing 8-12 different exercises that target her whole body. Besides gym sessions, Madonna also engages in yoga and dancing. She practices ashtanga yoga 6 days a week for 90 to 180 minutes, maintaining her flexibility and physical strength.
A 6-Meal Macrobiotic Diet
Madonna maintains 3 main meals and 3 snacks each day, spaced 2-4 hours apart. According to Women’s Health, the Queen of Pop follows a macrobiotic diet, including whole grains like brown rice and rolled oats, as well as vegetables, beans, and various nuts. Meat and fish are only consumed occasionally.
Additionally, Madonna avoids foods high in sugar and processed items. She opts for healthy drinks such as ginger tea, yerba tea, and coconut water.
