President Zelensky also confirmed he will travel to the US in September to attend the United Nations General Assembly in New York, where he is expected to meet US leaders.
Previously, after Ukraine marched into Kursk, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that negotiations between Russia and Ukraine could not take place.
“As of today, not only compromise but also dialogue in general with Russia is empty and meaningless. They do not want to end the conflict diplomatically. Russian President Putin seems to be ready from the standpoint of diplomacy but wants Ukraine to cede 30% of its land,” Ukrainian President Zelensky said on August 27.

He said that next September, he will send US President Joe Biden a plan to win the conflict with Russia.

Speaking at the Independence Forum in Kiev, Mr. Zelensky said that the ongoing Kursk raid campaign is also part of Kiev’s victory plan and is related to the expected second Ukraine peace summit. takes place later this year.
