After his stint at the fast food joint, Pharrell Williams shifted gears and began to build his career in music. In the late 1990s, he teamed up with Chad Hugo to form the iconic production duo The Neptunes, creating hits for various major artists, including Clipse (“Grindin’”), Britney Spears (“I’m a Slave 4 U”), and Justin Timberlake (“Like I Love You”).
