Former assistant of Kanye West, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a shocking lawsuit with serious allegations that she was drugged and sexually assaulted during a recording session attended by ex-wife Kim Kardashian and the recently arrested mogul, Sean “Diddy” Combs.
On October 8, Pisciotta filed an amended complaint in the Los Angeles Superior Court in California, accusing Kanye West, born in 1977, of drugging and assaulting her at a studio in Santa Monica. Pisciotta claims she attended a recording session combined with a party hosted by Kanye alongside Diddy. Here, Kanye required everyone present to drink and personally handed Pisciotta a beverage containing “an unidentified substance.”
After taking a few sips, Pisciotta reported feeling disoriented and fell into a severely weakened state, unable to control her body or speech. She had no memory of the events of that night. The following day, she allegedly woke up feeling unstable, embarrassed, and confused due to her lack of recollection. She asked her client about the events, but he refused to discuss it.
Initially, Pisciotta believed she had merely been drugged without any further incident. However, years later, she learned the horrific truth directly from Kanye West. She stated that shortly before her inexplicable firing in November 2022, Kanye became enraged after being accused by his ex-wife of cheating with her. Although the ex-wife’s name is not mentioned in the complaint, the media understands it refers to Kim Kardashian.
When Pisciotta suggested clarifying the misunderstanding, Kanye intervened and claimed that “something had happened” between them. This admission left Pisciotta feeling “disgusted and paralyzed.” At that time, she resolved to quit her job with Kanye but feared to make a scene for fear of retaliation.
She emphasized in her complaint that she never received the $3 million severance pay owed to her by Kanye. In the 88-page document, Pisciotta claims she frequently received inappropriate messages from her boss and was pressured to date him. While asserting that she was assaulted at the party hosted by Diddy, Pisciotta did not make any allegations against Diddy himself.
Kanye’s attorney has criticized Pisciotta’s accusations as baseless, suggesting that she attempted to extort money from the rapper. Currently, Kanye West has not responded to this amended complaint, while Sean Combs’ representatives have declined to comment on the matter.
