In the ongoing legal battle between Kanye West and his former personal assistant/CEO, Lauren Pisciotta, new and shocking claims have emerged. Pisciotta, who first filed a lawsuit against West in June alleging sexual harassment and wrongful termination, has now expanded her lawsuit to include serious new allegations, including that West drugged her during a studio session he co-hosted with Diddy.
Prior Harassment Allegations
Pisciotta claims that she and an unnamed artist, previously managed by West, were invited to a recording session at a studio co-hosted by Kanye and Diddy. Upon arrival, Pisciotta says she and others at the session were offered drinks with a clear instruction: “everyone must drink if they want to stay.”
Pisciotta alleges that after consuming a few sips of a drink prepared by a studio assistant and later served by Kanye West, she suddenly began to feel disoriented. She claims that the following day, she woke up with little memory of what had transpired and felt embarrassed and confused about the events.
According to her complaint, it wasn’t until years later, while working with Kanye, that he allegedly recalled the night in question and provided more explicit details, including claims of an intimate encounter between them, which Pisciotta had no recollection of.
This new revelation comes on top of Pisciotta’s previous claims of sexual harassment by Kanye West. In her initial lawsuit, Pisciotta accused West of sending explicit and vulgar messages, including one where he reportedly told her, “I want to have sex, but after we’re done, I want the girl to tell me how rough it was while I’m still with her.” Pisciotta also accused West of making disturbing comments about her boyfriend’s genital size and engaging in masturbation during phone calls with her.
Diddy’s Involvement
While the lawsuit implicates Kanye in the alleged drugging, Pisciotta has not accused Diddy of any wrongdoing related to the incident. However, the timing of the claims is noteworthy, especially given that Diddy was arrested just last month on serious charges including sex trafficking, extortion, and fraud. Diddy has denied all charges related to sexual assault.
As of now, both Kanye West and Diddy’s teams have yet to respond to these new allegations. The lawsuit adds to the ongoing controversy surrounding Kanye West, who has faced multiple legal battles in recent years, including accusations of harassment and misconduct from several former associates.
