This news comes on the heels of his earlier release of two albums, Vultures, in collaboration with Ty Dolla Sign, earlier this year. During a live performance at the Wuyuan River Stadium in Haikou, China, West unveiled the title of his new album and debuted the song Beauty and the Beast.
Towards the end of the concert, West took a moment to share the exciting news with his audience, stating, “I’m about to release a new album. This album is called Bully, and this song is titled Beauty and the Beast.”
Shortly after the show, West took to Instagram to post an image from the performance, captioning it simply: “BULLY.” His longtime collaborator, Mike Dean, chimed in on Instagram, revealing that Beauty and the Beast is a “leftover” track from the album Donda, suggesting it was originally intended for West’s 2021 release.
While fans are eager for more details, West has yet to announce a release date for Bully. This year has already seen delays with both volumes of Vultures. The first album experienced a few months of delays before its release on February 10, while the second album was originally set to debut on March 8, ultimately becoming available on streaming platforms on August 3.
