Rapper Kanye West is once again at the center of controversy, accused of leaving a work meeting midway for an intimate moment with his future wife, Bianca Censori. Former employee Murphy Aficionado has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, alleging inappropriate workplace behavior and unpaid wages.
Allegations of Unprofessional Conduct
In the lawsuit filed on Thursday, Murphy claims that in November 2022, Kanye summoned him to a meeting at a hotel in Beverly Hills. Upon arrival, Murphy found the rapper shirtless, his pants unbuttoned, and his then-girlfriend Bianca Censori partially undressed.
“I was shocked and tried to leave, but Kanye insisted I stay and discuss work,” Murphy stated in the lawsuit.
According to the claims, Kanye left the meeting moments later to join Bianca in the bedroom. Disturbed by loud noises coming from the room, Murphy said the rapper returned 10 minutes later and resumed the meeting as if nothing had happened.
This was not an isolated incident, Murphy alleges. He recounts another occasion when Kanye called him to a meeting, only to leave him waiting while engaging in inappropriate activities with a massage therapist.
Other Allegations in the Lawsuit
- Sharing Explicit Content: Murphy accuses Kanye of showing him explicit photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, without consent.
- Unpaid Wages: Kanye allegedly promised Murphy $125 per hour for a 70-hour workweek but failed to pay him for months.
- Illegal Projects: The lawsuit claims Kanye dismissed Murphy for refusing to work on the unlicensed Donda Academy project.
Murphy’s lawsuit alleges discrimination, creation of a hostile work environment, and wage theft.
