Buffalo Bills Star Baylon Spector’s Wife, Ryleigh Spector, Takes a Subtle Jab at Taylor Swift After Chiefs Loss
Ryleigh Spector, wife of Buffalo Bills linebacker Baylon Spector, recently threw shade at Taylor Swift following the Bills’ 30-21 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.
Bills End Chiefs’ Winning Streak
Posting to her Instagram Story, Ryleigh shared a sly message:
“9-2. Never been a Swiftie,” she wrote, referring to the Bills’ impressive record this season. The post, which was later shared on X, subtly alluded to Swift, who has been closely associated with the Chiefs this year due to her high-profile relationship with tight end Travis Kelce.
The Bills’ win improved their record to 9-2 for the 2024-25 NFL season, snapping the Chiefs’ winning streak. However, notable by her absence at the Highmark Stadium showdown was Swift, 34, who was fresh off her Eras Tour performance in Toronto the night before.
Swift’s Connection with the Chiefs
Swift, a 14-time Grammy winner, has been a regular attendee at Chiefs games, cheering on Kelce from VIP suites. Her last appearance was on November 10, when she watched the Chiefs narrowly defeat the Denver Broncos 16-14 alongside her parents, Scott and Andrea Swift.
Despite her busy touring schedule, Swift has made time to bond with other WAGs (wives and girlfriends) of Chiefs players, including Brittany Mahomes and Chariah Gordon, fiancée of wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr..
In a recent interview with Glamour, Gordon described Swift as a down-to-earth presence:
“She’s so sweet and real. Honestly, you forget she’s even Taylor Swift.”
The duo frequently hang out in the VIP sections during games, posing for photos with the Chiefs’ WAGs.
Swift’s Tribute to Kelce
During her recent Toronto performance, Swift gave a playful nod to Kelce by imitating his viral cha-cha dance moves during her song “Midnight Rain”—a moment that delighted fans.
As Swift continues to make headlines for her support of Kelce and the Chiefs, Ryleigh Spector’s jab reflects the natural rivalries in the NFL—both on and off the field. While Swift’s absence may have been noticed, the Bills capitalized on the opportunity to secure a crucial win against one of the league’s top teams.
