Previous Bundesliga Experience and International Recognition
Gross played in 70 top-tier games in Germany before to joining the Premier League, most recently with Ingolstadt in the 2016–17 campaign. Despite having little domestic experience, Gross has distinguished himself abroad. Since September 2023, he has earned eight caps for Germany, and he played in Euro 2024, helping his country defeat Scotland 5-1.
