Big Bang’s Daesung Goes Shopping at Ben Thanh Market: A Heartfelt Experience
In a recently released video, Daesung from the renowned K-pop group Big Bang shared his delightful shopping experience at Ben Thanh Market in Ho Chi Minh City. While exploring the vibrant market, Daesung not only picked up fresh fruits and souvenirs but also found a special gift for his mother.
Daesung, who visited Ho Chi Minh City to perform not long ago, documented his entire trip in a vlog. In the video, he expressed his excitement about indulging in Vietnamese delicacies such as spring rolls, roasted pork, and seafood noodles. After savoring the local cuisine, he headed to the famous Ben Thanh Market for some shopping.
During his visit, the singer and his team selected a variety of fruits like durian and jackfruit, as well as unique souvenirs for his family and friends. What stood out the most was Daesung’s thoughtful purchase of four patterned pants, which he mentioned would be a gift for his mother upon his return to South Korea.
Daesung’s Fan Day Tour: D’s Road took place in Ho Chi Minh City on July 6th, drawing a massive crowd of dedicated fans at the Quan Khu 7 Stadium. In return, Daesung delivered a mesmerizing performance, captivating the audience with his energy and charisma.
Born in 1989, Daesung debuted in 2006 as a member of Big Bang under YG Entertainment. Throughout their career, Big Bang has released numerous hit songs that have resonated not only in South Korea but across the globe. They are considered pioneers of the hip-hop genre in K-pop, significantly contributing to its international success. Big Bang remains one of the legendary groups that have propelled K-pop onto the global stage.
