A second source noted that the celebrity in the tape is deeply concerned about the situation. The star reportedly had no knowledge that the video existed or how it came into someone else’s possession.
There are uncertainties regarding the age of the star at the time the video was recorded, raising questions about whether he was a minor. Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who represents a woman accusing Diddy of sexual assault, confirmed the existence of the tape, claiming to have seen photos taken from the video. “I can confirm the video is real, and the other person involved is highly recognizable,” Ariel said in an interview.
The attorney hinted that the male star featured in the video is even more famous than Diddy. Ariel Mitchell-Kidd also stated that the artist likely did not know he was being filmed, as hidden cameras were reportedly placed throughout Diddy’s Atlanta mansion.
Diddy’s Denial and Federal Investigation
In response to the attorney’s statement, Diddy’s team has denied the existence of the video, accusing Mitchell-Kidd of seeking attention. However, a Homeland Security official, involved in the March 2023 raid on Diddy’s Miami residence, suggested otherwise. The official confirmed that investigators believe the rapper filmed sex tapes at his private mansion during notorious Freak Off parties, where hidden cameras were used.
The official did not confirm whether the A-list star was featured in the videos seized but stated that multiple recognizable individuals were present. “There were several people involved, but I won’t reveal their identities,” the official said.
Legal Trouble Deepens for Diddy
The 54-year-old rap mogul was arrested on September 16, facing charges of conspiracy to commit extortion, sexual exploitation, and prostitution. He is currently being held in a New York jail, awaiting trial.
