Not only that, at leading international coffee competitions such as The Best of the World, International Catering Cup, …, the Vietnamese Robusta coffee bean brand is recognized by experts and won awards. Prestigious organizations such as Rainforest Alliance, UTZ and Fairtrade certify Vietnamese Robusta coffee to meet international quality and standards. At the World Barista Championship in September 2022, Takayuki Ishitani, the Japanese champion in 2017 and 2019, used TR4 – a type of Robusta from Vietnam.
