Kanye West is facing serious allegations from former employee Murphy Aficionado, who filed a lawsuit against the rapper for inappropriate workplace conduct. According to the lawsuit, Kanye abandoned a meeting in November 2022 at a Beverly Hills hotel to enter a room with Bianca Censori, his future wife, leaving the employee to wait in confusion.
Murphy, who had been hired by Kanye in 2022 as a project manager, was shocked when he entered the meeting room and found Kanye shirtless, with his pants undone and breathing heavily. At the same time, Bianca Censori, Kanye’s girlfriend, was standing there partially naked, attempting to cover herself with her hands. Despite the situation, Kanye asked Murphy to stay and continue their business discussion, while Bianca moved into the bedroom. Soon after, Kanye abruptly stood up and asked Murphy to wait, while he entered the bedroom with Bianca. The sounds that Murphy overheard led him to believe that Kanye and Bianca resumed their intimate activities while he was left waiting outside the room.
The lawsuit also details another incident in which Kanye allegedly showed Murphy explicit photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, even though Murphy did not request to see them. The former employee also claims that Kanye frequently yelled at him, creating an uncomfortable and disrespectful work environment, all while failing to pay him despite agreeing to a rate of $125 per hour for 70 hours of work each week.
Murphy states that the relationship between them ended when Kanye ordered him to build a school, the Donda Academy, without the proper building permits. When Murphy opposed the plan, Kanye is said to have terminated the contract unilaterally.
In his lawsuit, Murphy Aficionado not only demands unpaid wages but also accuses Kanye West of discrimination, creating a hostile work environment, violating employees’ privacy, and making inappropriate requests. Kanye is currently facing several other lawsuits from former employees, including a sexual assault and wage theft lawsuit filed by a former assistant. However, Kanye has yet to respond to these allegations publicly.
