Billionaire Kim Kardashian has opened up about the challenges of raising her four children as a single mother after her divorce from rapper Kanye West. In a candid conversation with her close friend Zoe Winkler on the podcast What in the Winkler? on November 12, Kim shared the emotional struggle of being a single parent.
“Sometimes I feel alone in raising my kids, even though I have a great support system and many people around me to help,” said Kim Kardashian, the 44-year-old reality star and business mogul.
Kim explained that there are moments when she feels helpless and exhausted, particularly at night when all four of her children are in her bed, kicking and crying, leaving her with little rest. “I don’t usually talk about this because people might judge me, saying, ‘You have more than enough money to hire nannies and help, so what’s there to complain about?’ But no matter how much help I have, I am still essentially raising four kids on my own,” Kim said.

According to a source close to the family, Kim has largely been raising her children alone, with Kanye West seldom present. “Kim’s life revolves around her children’s schedule. When they go to school, she works. When they’re off, she focuses on being a mom,” the source told People Magazine. The insider added that Kim has not been dating anyone, as her time is entirely dedicated to her work and children.
In an interview with GQ magazine in November 2023, Kim Kardashian emphasized her commitment to her kids, saying, “What matters most is that my children feel loved and heard.” Kim also shared that she tries not to show her negative emotions in front of her children, even though there are times when she cries during her most vulnerable moments.
