Victoria Kjær Theilvig, a 21-year-old beauty from Denmark, made history by becoming the first Danish winner of the Miss Universe title. The grand finale, held on November 17 in Mexico City, saw Victoria surpass 134 contestants to claim this prestigious crown.
Victoria captivated audiences with her radiant looks, golden blonde hair, sparkling blue eyes, and sweet smile. Frequently compared to a “Barbie doll,” she exuded elegance and charm throughout the competition. During the evening gown round with the top 12, she dazzled in a pink, gemstone-embellished dress, showcasing her regal and graceful presence. Her stunning appearance and confident demeanor earned her thunderous applause from the audience. In the swimsuit segment with the top 30, she impressed with her confident walk, balanced physique, and athletic frame, standing tall at 1.73 m.

Born in 2003 in Herlev, a suburb of Copenhagen, Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Lyngby Business College. Besides being a professional dancer, she is an advocate for mental health awareness, animal rights, and women’s entrepreneurship. Before her Miss Universe triumph, she was crowned Miss Grand Denmark in 2020 and represented her country at Miss Grand International 2022, securing a spot in the top 20.
Victoria’s win is not just a historic milestone for Denmark but also a significant comeback for Europe in the Miss Universe pageant, following France’s Iris Mittenaere’s victory in 2016.
