Jim Otto from Nazareth, Pennsylvania, expressed concern about Harris’ rise, noting that she is triggering an emotional response among some voters, which could be giving her momentum. “It’s tight,” he admitted, acknowledging that the race is far from the landslide victory some had hoped for.

This sentiment was echoed by others at the rally, who voiced a mixture of frustration and trepidation. Many are frustrated with what they see as a Democratic candidate who is “hiding” from the media and avoiding being pinned down on key issues. At the same time, there is an undercurrent of anxiety about the race’s direction, with some fearing that history could repeat itself, leading to another close defeat like in 2020.
