The legal proceedings involving Kanye West and Lauren Pisciotta are attracting public attention. Lauren, who served as the rapper’s assistant from July 2021 to October 2022, has officially filed a lawsuit, alleging that Kanye engaged in inappropriate behavior during her tenure.
Allegations of Misconduct
According to the lawsuit, Lauren claims that Kanye West turned the Yeezy office into a venue for unofficial parties, frequently exhibiting inappropriate conduct. She specifically alleges that the workspace was misused, with a “rotating guest list” established for personal activities.
Notably, Bianca Censori, Kanye West’s wife, is said to have played a significant role in organizing these activities. Lauren alleges that shared spaces were abused, and she faced pressure from harassment through messages, images, and calls.
Lauren also shared that prior to working at Yeezy, she was invited to a recording session in Santa Monica. At this event, she felt pressured to drink alcohol and described feeling “disoriented and out of control” after consuming the beverage. This event, organized by Kanye West and Sean Combs, has not been reported to involve any misconduct by Lauren regarding the music mogul.
Controversial Relationship
Lauren disclosed that Kanye had once confessed to her about a relationship that “had happened a bit” while he was still married to Kim Kardashian. According to the lawsuit, Bianca Censori allegedly exerted pressure on Kanye to admit to these behaviors.
However, Kanye West has denied all allegations, claiming that Lauren is attempting to seduce him for personal gain. Kanye’s lawyer criticized Lauren: “Before her assistant contract was terminated, Ms. Pisciotta stole Kanye’s mobile phone to erase call history that could contradict her claims. All evidence has been preserved. She was dismissed for lack of competence, demanding unreasonable sums (including an annual salary of $4 million) and multiple documented incidents of inappropriate behavior and loss of control.”
