Despite severing ties with her father, Elon Musk’s transgender daughter continues to criticize the billionaire on social media. She accuses her father of being a serial adulterer and a liar.
On August 6, Vivian Jenna Wilson, Elon Musk’s transgender daughter, retaliated against her father. On the social media platform Threads, she criticized the billionaire with harsh language. She declared that she would not allow Elon to build a careful fatherly image while publicly fabricating lies about her gender identity.
She expressed that Elon Musk is not a family man, describing him as a serial adulterer who constantly lies about his own children. Previously, Elon Musk had claimed that he was misled when he allowed his son to undergo medical treatment and transition surgery at 16. In an online video, the tech billionaire also implied cryptically that ‘my son is dead.’
In response to this, Vivian Jenna Wilson asserted that Elon Musk was not deceived as he claimed, and his statements had crossed the line, prompting her to speak up. Vivian clarified that she was 18 when she decided to undergo transition surgery, though parental approval was required for the procedure to proceed. She insisted that Musk was not tricked into signing the approval documents as he claimed.
Vivian said she and Musk have not spoken in around four years, and she feels her father has disregarded her existence.
‘I thought he would stay silent and that I would let this go. But he has blatantly lied to millions of people, so I will not let this slide,’ she stated.
The transgender daughter also shared that, from what she remembers, Elon Musk was never a supportive father. He was rarely present in her and her siblings’ lives, and they were mostly cared for by their mother or nannies, despite Musk having custody rights after the divorce. She also mentioned that Musk would often scold her when he was present.
‘He’s cold, quick-tempered, insensitive, and self-centered,‘ Vivian Jenna Wilson said bluntly.
Vivian Jenna Wilson and her twin brother are the children of Musk’s first wife, Justine Musk. The couple divorced in 2008 but shared custody of their children.
In July 2022, Xavier, one of Elon Musk’s six children with his first wife, Justine Wilson, filed a court petition to transition and change her name to Vivian Jenna Wilson. Vivian stated that she wanted to give up the Musk surname and no longer be associated with her biological father in any way.
