Taylor Swift has donated $5 million to provide food and resources to those affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton in Florida, USA.
Taylor Swift donated through the charity Feeding America, a network of over 200 food banks aimed at providing meals and essential resources to struggling communities. On October 9, CEO Claire Babineaux-Fontenot posted a message of gratitude to the singer on Instagram.
She stated that the $5 million contribution will be used to help communities rebuild and recover, while also providing essential food, clean water, and supplies to those impacted by the hurricanes.
In her concluding remarks, Babineaux-Fontenot thanked Taylor Swift for “standing alongside the organization in the fight against hunger, supporting struggling communities.” The representative encouraged everyone to “join in donating alongside the singer, if possible.”

In June, she also funded over 10,000 meals for food banks in the UK during her Eras Tour in that country.
